Getting to know you
Listening to you and asking lots of questions. We want to know your dreams, ideas and aspirations for the project. We want to know about your life and how you want your space to feel and perform. Bring us your ideas and inspirations. We can walk through the project and understand the scope of it. During this meeting, we will also discuss budget and timeline.
We make a plan then start crunching numbers. We make sure the plan will work for you and that we are all on the same page. After we fit the puzzle pieces together, the fun starts.

Now our designers get to work on the floor plan where we take your wishlist and combine it into the planning process. We are not happy until you are thrilled, so we will keep tweaking it until you are.
The design gets brought to life. We can work with your tradespeople or we can help you work with tradespeople we know and consider part of the Mary Lynch Design team.
Note: MLD is not responsible for any work performed by external contractors, clients are responsible for engaging in contracts with each trade as needed.
We will manage the project to make sure it runs smoothly and on budget. We check on the progress and verify that the right materials are being installed. We take care of the details. We inspect the product when it comes in and make sure it is right. We are there for deliveries and the final installation. This is when the magic happens. We lay the rugs, position the furniture, hang the art and arrange the flowers. No detail is over looked. We want you to feel like you are walking into a design magazine. We will make sure to dot the I’s and cross the T’s. We make sure everything gets taken care of.
